The market continues crazy hot in the Bridgeway Island Neighborhood in West Sacramento.

Here is what has been happening in the neighborhood since the beginning of March.

There are (as of April 20) only 4 homes currently for sale, most of those have just come on the market in the last few days.

12 homes have gone into contract (Pending status) but the sale has not yet been completed.

And 10 homes have had their sale completed in that time.

If homes are priced right they are selling quickly. 11 of the homes that are Pending or were sold went into contract in less than 2 weeks. Some homes were in contract within a few days!
